Technical Lab Services Warranty Information.

At Technical Lab Services our products come refurbished and with a warranty. The warranty period depends on the type of equipment being purchased. All warranties can be extended from the standard purchase warranty to a longer period of time if desired and also preventative maintenance packages can be added as well. Ask one of our representatives for details.

General laboratory equipment (like autoclaves, balances, centrifuges, ovens, incubators, etc.) comes refurbished with a 90 day parts and labor warranty.

Analytical lab instruments (like GC, HPLC, spectrophotometers, etc.) come refurbished with a six month parts and labor warranty.

Important notes about our warranty include:

	This is an in shop warranty.
	Packing and shipping cost to and from our facilities are excluded from the warranty and are at the customer’s expense.
	Consumables are excluded from the warranty. Items such as lamps, filters, glassware, chemicals, etc.
	Misuse or abuse is excluded.
	Application suitability is excluded. Our equipment is refurbished based on its specifications and not on the customer application or use for the equipment.

Technical Lab Services warrantees cover the product only. We do not accept liabilities for loss of samples, profit, injury or death. Technical Lab Services will at its option repair or replace the equipment or refund the customers purchase price.

Returns

No returns will be accepted without a Return Material Authorization number (RMA#) on the package coming back. Our representative will provide you with the RMA# as appropriate. All returns must be shipped and fully insured with all manuals and software. All must be well packed to protect from damage. Some returns may be subject to a restocking free. When returning international shipments a commercial invoice must be filled out with clearly marked on it “no customs value returning goods to seller”, if you do not have commercial invoice our representative will provide you with one. If you do not include commercial invoice indicating that you are returning goods all customs duty will be billed to you.
